Questions about Health & Safety training:
In 2008, we are running training sessions off site from 19th April through to early June. There will be sessions held in various cities around the country, please see the training section on our home page.
You will need to book on to a training session in order to complete your application.
- Q51. Are there any exceptions?
- You may be exempt from training in 2008 if:
- You have attended Oxfam stewards training in 2004 / 2005 / 2006 / 2007
- You have significant difficulties attending a training session - in this case mark the box on the application form saying you are unable to attend. The steward's office will then contact you, however please be aware that inability to attend training may lead to your application being rejected this year.
- Q52. I've suddenly had something urgent come up, can I change my training session to another session / date / location?
- Contact the stewards office stewards@oxfam.org.uk or 0117 9166483, and they will try to help you.
- Q53. Can I get a lift with other stewards to the training?

- Q54. Is there any campaigners training?
- Yes, this year, there will be four training sessions for campaigners. They will be publicised on the campaigners home page.
