The Oxfam Cambridge walk is an event that has helped raise money for Oxfam over the past 40 years.

Oxfam Cambridge Walk 1969

On Saturday 22 April 1967, 900 walkers set off on the first Cambridge Oxfam Walk along a 27 mile route to Bishop’s Stortford. In 1969 they undertook a hike to Bedford - 30 miles along roads with traffic hurtling by!
