Sponsorship opportunities
Trailwalker involves hiking 100 kilometres and up to 30 hours of teamwork and tough conditions. But ultimately, it’s about triumph and self-respect and doing something great for those living in poverty around the world. State Street is our principal sponsor and they invite others to join them in supporting Trailwalker UK.

Ways to support Trailwalker
Provide fundraising support
Encourage teams to raise more by offering an incentive, either through discounts on purchasing or a big fundraising prize.
Pre-event support
We have five pre-event briefings for the teams and are always looking for venues. We plan to hold two or three in London, one in the Midlands, and one in the North. If you could offer a conference space and catering at a free or reduced rate for between 50 and 200 people – please get in touch.
Provide support on the day
Helping us to save costs by donating items such as toilet rolls, paper plates, showers and toilets, vehicles and many others.
Give teams a special treat to boost their moral and energy all along the route, such as chocolate, fruit juice, cereal bars – anything you would like to offer.
We give ‘goodie bags’ to all teams, which are a great way of distributing product samples and getting people to take your product home with them.
Sponsor a checkpoint! Bring along a group of volunteers and anything you want to give to participants and cheer them all along.

- Editorial in pre-event newsletter.

- VIP hosting at the event.
- Invitation for four staff to the Heroes’ Reception.
Gifts between £1,000 – £2,000
Joining supporters such as Divine Chocolate and Fruit Passion.
What you get:

- Logo and acknowledgement in pre-event newsletter.

- VIP hosting at the event
- Invitation for two staff to the Heroes’ Reception
