The Vodafone Group Foundation is a founding member of the Oxfam 365 Alliance, formed in 2006. Funds provided by the Foundation through the Oxfam 365 Alliance supports the UK's biggest warehouse stock of emergency supplies and a global rapid response team of aid workers. This vital support ensures Oxfam is able to respond immediately, wherever disaster strikes in the world.

This is a strategic partnership for the Vodafone Group Foundation, helping to fulfill the Foundation's objective to support disaster response initiatives.

"Vodafone is committed to changing lives in communities across the world. We are pleased to be able to use our charitable funds as part of the Vodafone Group Foundation's long-standing commitment to disaster response initiatives. This innovative programme will enable Oxfam to respond not only to those disasters which are well-reported, but also to serious incidents and tragedies which remain less well-known." Andrew Dunnett, Director of the Vodafone Group Foundation.

The Vodafone Group Foundation has supported Oxfam since 2005 and works with Oxfam in many other ways. In addition to supporting the Oxfam 365 Alliance, they have also given additional grants to our emergency response in India, Ethiopia, Somalia and Indonesia.
